What is Digital Delivery?
Digital Delivery is when you purchase a product or service from us and it is delivered over the internet.
This means that instead of receiving a CD/Package in the mail you will just receive an email with a download link and an activation key if applicable. Helping save the environment and keeping costs down.
Having problems activating your software?
Our software requires online activation. When it is activating it needs to send some information about your computer and your key to our activation server, some firewalls may block this from happening. If this is the case please Contact Us and we can send you an offline activation key.
What does it mean by users when it says '1 user license' or '3 user license'?
Nearly all of our software requires activation, when you activate a product either online or offline we require a little bit of information about the computer you are activating it on. A single user license is if you are just wanting to run the software from the one computer. License means how many computers it will be on at the one time and how many you have activated it on. Our software/activation systems does not allow you to move the software between computers. So if you are needing to move it to another computer or your system has failed for some reason you will need to Contact Us.
